So many steps to the process outside of actual painting!! This is one of the first- I like to paint on raw canvas which can’t be bought ready made in a store. So I have to build them myself. Lots of prep but it worth it!
A total blank canvas- both exhilarating and occasionally a little terrifying!❤️

Post Ladder Glory! It’s almost never going to be straight unless I am expecting guest😋. But I am super excited for my new studio extension that will serve as my working gallery space. So nice to see things in progress this way rather than lean
Brainstorming! I love to paint big- but not everyone has giant walls for me to fill! Playing around with some smaller compositions that can be framed and brainstorming for the larger pieces.
What a week! I've got major back to school vibes in my life all around right now... But I am so excited to say I will be doing my first exhibition this fall at The Other Art Fair. Thank you to all the people pushing me forward and supporting me💖
Now that the kids are back in school I am hitting the ground running... Major prep happening over here and thanks to my generous studio mate I finally mastered the perfect corner on my hand wrapped canvas- so each corner is actually the same now! I
